This game isn't a digital game, but a board game I made about the mistreatment of Pigeons and Homeless people. The similarities on that topic were shockingly apparent, so I made a game where you play as a mayoral candidate trying to make the city they're vying for as "perfect" as possible. Often times city designers and politicians see homelessness as a problem that needs mitigating rather than people who need help. At the end of the game, players will flip over the discard board. On the back of the board, there are text blurbs telling you how the city was affected by your construction and how many people have been displaced.
